• Both are pretty edgy MCs

• Both encountered an animal or animalistic creature that sometimes burdens a specific member of the heroes despite being considered allies(The Red-Eyed Sentinel to Lizzy. Iggy to Polnareff.)

• The mian antagonists of both shows are beings who took over the dead body of a kind and caring character at the chronological beginning of both shows(DIO took Johnathan's Body, AbsoluteSolver wore Tessa's skin and used her voice) that both had bibilical themes to them(Dio had plans to intact something called "The Heaven Plan" and his name is Italian for God, AbsoluteSolver can be dealt with via a USB in the shape of a crucifix.)

• Both of their finales contained an element that the fans weren't fans of.(Copper Nine being fine despite the mass amounts of damage dealt to it (amongst other things), "So it's the same stand as Star Platinum".)
