Now that the man in the turkey suit has caught your attention, I would like to give you all an update regarding my upcoming fight Soldier vs Sarge. And yes, there is bad news.
Unfortunately, the fight will not be completed in September (which should be obvious given the time of this post) and will be delayed to sometime in October. I can't say exactly when, but I'm hoping for sometime in the first half of the month. Part of the reason is cause of my personal schedule making interfering, but for the most part it's because I gave myself more to write than I originally planned.
I ended up having a few idea to make it better, funnier, sexier, and exciting...er. I feel like I'm cooking in a way I haven't cooked in a long time, but to fit all these ideas in I needed to vastly extend the fight. As of the time of this post, the fight (both uploaded and non-uploaded) is 12,900 words in total. It will undoubtably surpass Deadpool vs Harley Quinn and Tracer vs Number Five, which are barely above that word count, and become my third longest fight... and I'm only around the halfway point by my estimate, 2/3rds at best.
You can still check out what I have so far right here. As for the rest of my plans, due to the time it took me to write my DBs this year, I do not think I will be writing any more DBs until next year. Though if that happens, I might have something extra special planned instead.
