If I had a nickel for every Death Battle starring a FMA and TOH character that ended with the TOH character winning via petrification, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice

Alright, after about 7 months of procrastination and trying to find a job I finally managed to wrap up Edward Elric Vs Luz Noceda, Despite how long it took and despite it only being my third fight done, I put a lot of passion into is and Im glad to finally show the fruits of my labor to the public. Now I can spend 7 more months working on the next one, hooray :D

Unfortunately, my Laptop exploded due to my dog barfing on it so I can no longer write fights, which is a shame because I had a REALLY big plan for the ending of Edluz.
So basically, Ed would lean against a wall with a rose in his mouth and say, "Hey, sweet thang, are you a torch? Cause you're my light in the darkness" And Luz would get all flustered and say "E..Edward-senpai, I didn't think you'd feel the same way" And nervously drop all her books she had been carrying the entire time, then Edward would go to help her pick them all up and both would exchange a gaze, staring deeply into the eyes of the other, their lives together flashing before them as they would feel a connection like no other, eventually they would lean into a passionate kiss that lasts for like 10 minutes.
Then Amity and Winry would show up afterward and cry intensely, not for losing their ex-lovers, but for holding true love back this entire time.
I saw a post doing this With DB combatants and wanted to give it a spin for my fight, especially since I can see them having a few conversations like this.
Edward, going over Luz's resume: Okay, so right here, it states that you’re creative.
Luz: Yes
Edward: Okay... may I know what you create?
Luz: Problems.
Edward: What is your biggest weakness?
Luz: I can be uncooperative.
Edward: Okay, can you give me an example?
Luz: No.
Edward: *Accidentally hits Luz in the face*
Edward: *Trying to decide between saying 'I’m fucking sorry' and 'Are you okay'*
Edward: ARE YOU FUCKING SORRY?!
Luz: What’s wrong with you?!
Luz: I turned out perfectly fine!
Edward: Luz, this morning you thought a ghost made your toast
Luz: I DIDN’T PUT THE BREAD IN! YOU DIDN’T PUT THE BREAD IN!!!
Luz: Ok, maybe playing ‘whose family is most dysfunctional’ wasn’t the best idea we’ve had. Edward's been crying in the bathroom for an hour. We can’t get him out...
Edward: You're giving me a sticker?
Luz: Not just a sticker.That is a sticker of a kitty saying “me- wow!”
Edward: I'm not a preschooler.

Made another render for my fight but MAN is puppet rigging a pain, might not make much more of these but at least I can now focus on the writing part.

It took a lot of motivation, self reflecting, and slapping myself silly in the mirror to get back to working on this but I'm back in da groove babeh, expect to see some more sprite renders with these two in the future.
Ive been meaning to get more into Sprite renders, I Think it'll help me get motivation to finish my current fight, so Im open to requests/suggestions anything.

Finally got this finished for the starting fight for Edward Vs Luz. Ill admit this took a while mainly due to procrastination, but I like how it came out, look forward to more.
Finally finished the track art for Edward vs Luz, not as good as I hoped but I still like the reasult, your guy's thoughts?
