Death Battle Fanon Wiki Rules & Guidelines

So I was just curious to see people's opinions on this but if Kars from jjba were tonight against characters and or crews and Marines who would win or who would put up the best challenge if proved impossible

4. The creation of VS polls with no additional information is not allowed. Any posts like this will be deleted and the poll creators issued with warnings and account bans for repeated offences. The Original Post (OP) must have some additional information added to it whether that be fight conditions, round descriptions, arguments for your winner, or even arguments for everyone (devil's advocate; i.e. listing everyone's wincons). For further clarification, please see the following list:

Allowed

• A poll where the OP provides arguments for who they believe wins, thus invoking discussion

• A poll where the OP plays devil's advocate and puts out arguments/wincons for every combatant, thus invoking discussion

• A poll where the OP provides a set-up for the fight that repliers need to work with, like location, restrictions, rounds, used and banned material, and other rules

• A roots/bets poll for OP's own Death Battle, provided that they link to their fights

Not allowed

• Literally just making a poll between characters, putting no text in the rest of the post, posting, never coming back to the poll, and rinse and repeat

On the Rule Violation Report, we've had to nuke effortless polls – or as I like to call them: pure, unfettered, glorified spam – literally every day now for over a week. Surely it can't possibly be that unfathomably hard to put actual effort into your posts instead of lazily spitting them out on a treadmill, right?

Please excuse my prior language, but this GENUINELY has to stop. Hence why I'm putting out this reminder. The fact that absolutely no one seems to care about this rule is genuinely making me consider extreme measures at this point, like instantly banning everyone who violates this rule from the Discussions for a couple weeks (PSA: we can do this, FANDOM recently added the ability to issue partial bans that only affect certain parts of the wiki). If you don't want me to go to these lengths, please consider following the rule.

It genuinely CANNOT be this difficult. I absolutely despise being the bad cop, so please don't force me to be one.

It A Battle Between Two Horror Game Characters That Is A VR Crawling Horror Game And That Has The Same Name “Crawl Space”

Hello to the others that also prowl in the Discussion Boards, I am Hoppingclams343, and for those who don't know, I am one of the mods for our DBs.

Recently there has been a lot of people upset about their polls being deleted, and we understand why. Nobody likes it when something they create is trashed. However, there is legitimate reasoning behind their deletions. Me and the other admins/mods decided it would be best to reiterate the rule regarding such posts.

For those who don't know, and louder for those in the back that refuse to listen: In a Debate Post or Poll on these Discussion Boards, you must give connections (at the very least) and feats, and you cannot use any characters that fall on the Blacklist. This includes featless (or little feat) characters, Internet Memes and Youtubers, Real Life People/Animals, and Children's entertainment characters.

The above rule is here to make sure we don't have the Discussion Boards flooded with 500 polls a day with MUs that make little to no sense, that are more or less just spam.

To those who think that the above rules are somehow unfair, to quote a very famous man.... "Cope" - Thomas Jefferson, probably.

That being said, I hope you do adhere to the rules above.

Hey everyone. Just a friendly reminder that when discussing about Death Battle spoilers, be it about recently announced fights or the outcome of one, we wait until a day has passed before talking about them, and if you do talk about DB Spoilers before the 24 hours are up, you will be given a 1-3 day temp ban.

Please keep this in mind in the future.
