^They aren't as powerful as God.
The Presence has limitations, his power is constantly varying between story-to-story. He is not omnipotent in the truest sense.
TOAA has been undergoing a heavy amount of scrutiny both in and out of the story currently. As of the current Hulk run, his position in the Marvel Multiverse has been called into question. It's to the point he might not even be the creator anymore.
In any sense, neither are actually omnipotent even if you took them at their best. Ultimately characters are still bound to the whims of what authors want from them, and therefore are not even close to being as powerful as the Christian God.
I'm not even religious, this is just common sense.
