I've heard of The Clown from DBD, sounds kinda... meh, in my opinion.

Yeah most MUs for him just revolve around "Spooky" or "Feared". I know that's Scarecrow's gimmick, but when the best MU for him is an OC of mine, I'm starting to lose hope that there will be any good MUs that aren't just "Ooh I'm an embodiment of fear"

I understand why people like that MU, but it's too one-sided imo. Scarecrow relies on his toxin to create the hallucinations, while Mysterio can do it whenever he wants. I get that they are basically the Marvel/DC equivalent of each other, but Scarecrow just doesn't really have a chance.
