Someone already did Batman Vs Punisher (It is rather obvious so really not a surprise), and Azrael... ,maybe, if their backstory is similar enough, I may ask you to help with it though, since that is a DC character I'm not well versed with.

Funnily enough Azrael was running around as Batman during the first Batman/Punisher crossover.

Anyway I had mostly thought that your comment meant DC Scarecrow would appear in the Punisher fight (but I’ve just saw the comment was edited) so that’s why I guessed them, but I would be fine with helping on it.
