Ok so here are my thoughts on this:
Stat wise, I think AFO had this. FTL MHA is pretty consistent imo, and add that on top of country-continental scaling for AFO, and you get a pretty good win. M. Bison hasn’t gotten close to that from what I know about Street Fighter. Effectively, all his attacks would be null and void. Hax is important as well, but honestly, AFO wins that easily as well. Having the ability to take and give superpowers is inherently broken. I don’t doubt that if the verses are equalized enough, AFO can take away the Psycho Power.
