Well, Kenny could technically die if his mother is killed beforehand. However... Lumpy being Lumpy, would never be able to figure this out. ...unless. Through some unprecedented cause, he could actually be able to do it. Hell, this could even be the thing kicking off the climax, where Kenny stops holding back and maybe switches into Mysterion.

Anyway, for who I'm betting, I'll go with Kenny. they can scale to stuff like Cartman shoving Disney World up his ass and screaming loud enough to be heard in a different galaxy, not to mention another one of the kids circling the planet, which dwarfs any and all feats in HTF (iirc)

Hey, how do you like this idea for the beginning?

The boys end up traveling to the land of HTF (which is apparently near South Park via a forest) due to Cartman using a playmap as a real one (this maybe ooc, but isn't Cartman stupid enough to buy pubes iirc?). After a bit, Lumpy accidentally kills Kenny. Later, the boys visit HTF (for some odd reason) again, and Lumpy, again, kills Kenny (accidentally). Kenny wakes up, and vouchs that if Lumpy kills him again, he will start war on him.

The boys visit HTF again (with one of them questioning are they doing this again) and, you guess it, Lumpy kills Kenny. Kenny gets pissed, and the next time he goes to HTF, he kills Lumpy.

Sometime later, Lumpy visits South Park (idk, maybe he's taking the others on a class trip), and spots Kenny. He, somehow, remembers what Kenny did and gets pissed.

Lumpy then takes an axe and charges at Kenny. Kenny sees Lumpy and gets both scared and pissed.

Cue "FIGHT!"
