From what I know, yeah, but people seem to forget Kenny died in the first place so it would be hard for someone to do that. At least, that's what my friend who does watch South Park says.

His immortality is really situational because they would have to remember where bro even went in the first place

Well, I'm thinking of giving Lumpy the ability to remember Kenny's deaths. Likewise for Kenny.

Why? I thought it would be easier since these two keep coming back being brutally ripped apart and such.

In The Fractured But Whole, he's also capable of coming back on his own as Mysterion, so yeah, there's only two ways (one if you don't use the games) in which he can come back from the dead, and from what I remember, killing his mother prevents one of his methods of coming back to life, but like @TheSmileyC1 and @Frenchhhoaxwide stated, it requires for the opponent to remember that Kenny died and the method in which he comes back, with nobody except Kenny (and in some cases Cartman) remembering that and how he died. Also, off topic but why are there two French's?
