Depends where it takes place

Well because it's the only place he can use his powers, this fight takes place in the Digital Circus.

• Peppino gets his Power-Ups and pistol from the Vigilante

• Riggy is fully composite

• XAVIER gets all of his weapons

• Deku gets to use his other quirks

• Kenny will be allowed Fractured but Whole, but not Stick of Truth.

• Caine has the homefield advantage and is allowed to use Bubble

I think this might come down to caine fighting one of the fighters who can fight his control

1. Izuku: Probably the strongest here, maybe the fastest too. Also likely has the most skill & experience.

2. Kenny: Should be around City level & Relativistic based on a calc I saw. That & hia tendency to not die would make it hard for anyone below him to keep him down.

3. Peppino: Easily stronger & faster than anyone below him, but is simply outmatched by those above him.

4. Juiceling: His speed, strength, & arsenal should be well above anything those below can deal with.

5. Caine: Dude doesn't have anywhere near enough feats to beat the people above him. He could try to send them to The Void or the cellar, but that's only if he can catch them, & considering Caine's lack of speed feats & combat experience, he'd sooner get one-shot.

6. Riggy: He's fought like two people, & has few feats. I don't see him beating anyone.
