Pretty sure it's between Mario & Link, I've heard arguments that put them at Multiversal at peak (with Pure Hearts & Triforce). I've heard Link has hax & resistances that let him win, but I can't confirm such.
Well, in one Mario Party game, he survived being sucked into a black hole and having it explode on him, but idk if the Mario Party games are canon or not
