What if we know shit about the characters and it's an actual MU with actual characters with feats?

How many polls a day did we used to have before the rule change? While I get the intention, it does feel like outright deleting a poll simply because it didn't provide connections in the replies might be a little much...

I mean, speaking from my personal experience, making a poll feels like a simpler, easier way to gauge public opinion on a matchup without just rambling on about the connections on a separate thread. The ease of use and ability to just post it quickly without having to write a thoughtfully constructed list of connections was kinda the appeal. Since you can't add text to the polls themselves, you kinda have to go out of your way to write it in the replies.

So, forgive me if this is out of line, but...how much spam is actually being cleaned up here? That's a genuine question, not some cynical, rhetorical jab

Hey, um, I made a poll for Sans vs Garfield a while back, gave connections, they're not blacklisted, and it was still deleted. So what happened there?

Sometimes we make mistakes when deleting polls.

^^^ We're not saying you need a bunch of connections, you can have the connections be short and sweet. However, the connections can't be barebones basic like "they green" or similar things to that. And it's not for all polls, it's mostly for not well known ones or one that you yourself just made so we don't mistake it for a connectionless one.
