Afaik, they both should be similar enough stat-wise (Lobo is probably higher tho idk) and their respective immortalities make it difficult for one to kill the other. However, Wario actually has ways to end the fight, be it destroying Lobo's soul, exploiting his vulnerability to mind manipulation, or his vulnerability to disgusting germs.

Lobo is also definitely higher stat wise given he consistently keeps up with people like Supes and Flash.
