Often, it can be difficult for every moderator and admin to find every single violation within the Rules and Guidelines. This thread is for any violation or violator that a moderator or admin was not able to reach to, whether it being them not being present or them simply overlooking it. Notifying us about such incidents is highly appreciated, even the small ones that go under our noses.
Please stick with the Rules and Guidelines to report incidents rather than reporting something out of a bias against a person. Any moderators and/or admins present, please follow this thread so you can keep up with the reports as they come and go. Having knowledge of the Blacklist is also always useful.
