I got a better one, Riot vs Senator Armstrong.

My personal ranking:

1. Carnage

2. Jotaro

3. Raiden

4. Sasuke

5. Shredder

6. King Mickey

The last two don't need a runback since they both got pretty definitive episodes and also don't really have another needed matchup (Shredder has Ra's Al Ghul but it's not that interesting fight-wise). King Mickey is the lowest since his episode was fairly recent. Sasuke is in a similar boat but I have heard a lot more matchups for him which gets him higher.

Raiden definitely has better matchups than Wolverine and Excalibur but I wouldn't exactly want him back since his episodes were pretty good.

Carnage and Jotaro both had episodes that released a while ago and likely have better matchups. Carnage in particular didn't get to show off as much so I'd say he would need a runback the most.

Carnage & Jotaro deserve better.
