I'm not too certain of the legitimacy of this claim, but if he has done this before then, if I'm not mistaken, it would be grounds for a permanent block. Whether he has done this on this site specifically, or otherwise.

It doesn't help that Dz, whether he tries to deny it or not, is infamous for stirring up trouble. Regardless of whether or not this is the case, I don't think it's the right idea to discuss this here, a thread which has little to do with Dz as a person.

I see. I was thinking that him doing this in general, no matter where, would get him blocked here if he decided to stir up trouble like that again.
